When can I expect to receive my order? |
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, Pages 2 Treasure is growing rapidly. We have hundreds of items in stock and some items on order from our distributor. If an item you purchased is on order then it could take 4-5 business days for your items to be shipped. We understand that you are anxious to get your orders and start scrapping, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. |

How can I find out the status of my order? |
If you are a registered user, you can sign in and check your order history. We also send an email to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. |

Can I use more than one coupon on an order? |
We only accept 1 coupon per order. If you have a coupon and a Treasured Scrapper discount card, only one will be accepted. |

Why when I sign up to be a Treasured Scrapper I receive this error "This email address already exists"? |
If you have already checkout and then went back and tried to sign up to become a Treasured Scrapper the system will already have your email address and will not let you register again. Please email us at cs@pages2treasure.com so we can add you to our list. |

Why will my Treasured Scrapper Discount Card not work? |
Are you trying to purchase off of the clearance or closeout sections or is this a promotional/sale item? These sections have been marked down dramatically and there for at a fixed price. |
